I wanted to share with you a favorite breakfast of mine. When I know I will need to fly out the door after my workout in the morning I will mix this up the night before. If you dont have a shaker cup feel free to whisk together.
Strawberry- Pineapple Chia Pudding
Ingredients-Makes 2 servings
· 1 cup fresh cut Pineapple or your favorite fruit.
· 1 cup Almond Milk
· 3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
· 2 scoops level 1-Strawberry Protein
Directions:
Combine Almond milk, Protein, and chia seeds in a shaker cup and shake for 20 seconds. Place in storage container and refrigerate overnight so that chia seeds absorb liquid. Next remove from fridge and stir in pineapple. Divide into two and consume within 4 days, Keep Refrigerated.
