How do you feel about sliders?
How about Keilbasa?
If you don't know already kielbasa is a a smoked polish sausage flavored with lots of garlic and Eckert's does a bang up job at producing this in house for their butcher counter.
These sliders are perfect for a game day or a casual dinner with friends and the apple slaw along with the Sriracha Granada complement the flavors of the kielbasa.
